<p>The Museum for Communication breaks away from the classic, distanced museum experience and establishes itself as a vibrant „living room“ where personal encounters and exchange at eye level are an integral part of every exhibition.</p> <p>Communicators instead of museum guards: The museum has radically redefined the traditional role of supervisors. Instead of enforcing prohibitions, specially trained communicators act as hosts. They are permanently present in the exhibitions to engage with the public flexibly and without a rigid schedule.</p> <p>Tailored dialogues for everyone: The team reacts situationally and sensitively to the diverse life realities of visitors. Whether it's a toddler, a tech enthusiast, a senior, or people with disabilities and from different cultural backgrounds – the communicators open up individual access to the topics.</p> <p>Negotiating current topics together: The mediation sparks discussions that rarely remain private. Playful introductions – such as an inverse Monopoly game on interest rates or a human versus artificial intelligence duel – lead to spontaneous group conversations. This brings together diverse generations and perspectives, allowing them to listen to each other and learn from one another. Inclusion, participation, and a sense of well-being. The concept places the human element at the center to completely reduce any apprehension and guarantee genuine participation.</p> <p>Radical accessibility in spirit: Our mediation is explicitly aimed at all people, regardless of age, origin, disability, or educational background.
